The project is a pilot proposal for the “Culture Campus“. Which is a collaboration of Erasmus University, Willem de Koning Academy, Hogeschool Rotterdam and Codarts.
The proposal is a concept for how the pilot could function, including all institutes and locals from Rotterdam South. Located Putselaan 178, in the former St. Louis School building
